Shipping and payment
Looking For Ideas charge £4.75 for all UK deliveries.
You will usually receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order however Looking For Ideas will notify you if Looking For Ideas expect your order to take longer than this.
IN A HURRY?
If you need your order very urgently, contact Looking For Ideas and let us know and Looking For Ideas will do everything we can to help.
Looking For Ideas usually use Business Post for our deliveries. If no one is available to sign for the goods a notification should be left by the delivery service and redelivery can be arranged. Only two delivery attempts will be made before the items are returned to Looking For Ideas.
In the event that goods are sent back to Looking For Ideas and you still want them, Looking For Ideas will send out the item again but Looking For Ideas will charge an additional postage fee to cover the additional shipping costs. If you decide you do not want your order anymore Looking For Ideas will usually refund the cost of goods, but not postage costs if applicable.
ANY OTHER ISSUES?
Where applicable, If you think that the postage for your product has been calculated incorrectly, please let Looking For Ideas know and we will investigate accordingly.
Please note that Looking For Ideas reserve the right to amend postage costs if it transpires that the calculated postage is insufficient. On such occasions, Looking For Ideas will not proceed with the transaction until you have approved the amended postage.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Looking For Ideas aim for your order to be with you within 7 working days. If you wish your order to be delivered on a specific date, please let Looking For Ideas know and we will do all we can to meet your requirements.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, Looking For Ideas will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.
TAX CHARGES
At present VAT is not applicable to Looking For Ideas goods and services.
